- Who's Kelly Taylor?
Beverly Hills 90210 transformed Jennie Garth in a real star thanks to the
character of Kelly Taylor. Kelly takes part to the former cast of 90210 (according
to my opinion, she's the best) from the first to the tenth season. An intense
period, that allows this character to change radically, as you can easily
imagine.
Kelly is the most beautiful girl of the school, the most desired. Girls envy her,
boys want her. But not everyone knows Kelly's whole past, a past to forget...
After some years Kelly becomes more mature and rational, but her charm does not
change, and she continue to be contended by the two friends/enemies Dylan and
Brandon. In all the seasons there's the doubt (as in Dawson's Creek, nbS)
about who will be chosen by Kelly, and obviously fans are divided into two groups:
those who support the sweet Brandon and those who are in favour of the
adventurous Dylan...

- What I like about you
When their dad took a job in Japan, 16-year-old livewire Holly Tyler (Bynes) and her straitlaced 28-year-old sister, Valerie (Garth), moved in together in New York City. Just when Val thought she had the perfect existence - a promising career in public relations, her own Upper West Side apartment and plenty of eligible men to date - everything in her neatly regimented life started to unravel the minute Holly stumbled through the door. Their new life together took a lot of getting used to, but Val and Holly's relationship is stronger than ever.
Their apartment has always been a second home to their friends, especially Holly's longtime pal Gary Thorpe (Wesley Jonathan, City Guys). Another constant presence is Holly's adorable boyfriend Henry (newcomer Michael McMillan). This season, Holly and Henry faced the first test of their relationship when she developed a crush on Vince (Nick Zano, MTV's Movie House), the handsome bike messenger who often shows up at their door. Holly's obvious attraction to this slightly older man posed a real threat to Henry.
This season, Val faced changes in the workplace when she finds herself attracted to her boss Peter (Stephen Dunham, The Mummy). Peter's questionable business ethics finally proved too much for her, however, and she quit her job. Starting her own public relations agency was an exhilarating step for Val - and her one employee Lauren (Leslie Grossman, Popular) - but she soon found herself in direct competition with her former boss for new clients. The sparks fly between Val and Peter on both a personal and professional level.
Val's newfound freedom brought financial problems that forced the sisters to look for a new apartment that can double as a home and an office. Luckily, they found a great downtown loft, and Holly is happy to pitch in and do her part to make Val's new company a success - whether Val wanted her to or not. Holly's first project was to befriend Tina (Allison Munn, That 70s Show), the wild 16-year-old daughter of a potential client.
While everyone finds a place in this new modern family, the one constant is the sisters' affection and concern for each other's happiness... not to mention their willingness to keep pulling each other out of one jam after another.
Wil Calhoun (Friends), Caryn Lucas (The Nanny) and Dan Schneider (The Amanda Show) serve as executive producers, along with Mike Tollin, Brian Robbins, and Joe Davola for Tollin/Robbins Productions in association with Warner Bros. Television.
